Samsung Galaxy Watch 6

Not applicable

I've probably got to add to the exisiting topic but I can't find it on the archives - Mods might be able to help with that?

Anyway, I've finally given up on getting the damn thing to ever work and will return to the shop in Town this week with it, having just won £58 on last night's National Lottery, I have the £18 they wanted when I went in with the same issue a week last Tuesday ago.

Basically, the watch's deceased all the time even though I charge it up a lot therefore I don't think the item's fit for purpose and I told them that in the shop.

Main thing I bought for was as a fitness tracker, and I discovered an App on my phone that monitors my steps/heart rate/weight and all that bobbins so I don't actually need the Watch.

If I was to pop to Town with it on Tuesday (assuming I have time, I'm expecting a Fire safety check on the Flat around 11 AM although that'll take all of 5 minutes if that?) would they take it back if I was to pay off £18 on my contract?

Is this the thread you can't find?

https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-and-Services/Samsung-Galaxy-Watch-6-from-O2-Damn-thing-...

If that's the case you are less than 1 year in to a 3 year  contract. I can see them sending the watch off for repair but not taking it back and cancelling your contract

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Well it does seem that the watch is not fit for purpose and a warranty repair is the only way forward.

It's possible that the watch will be replaced but being constantly on charge will only exasperate the problem

I've already sent it back for repairs not that long ago, it came back and it still doesn't fully work.
