Sort it out O2!! Surely you realise how amateurish this makes your company look? I really used to like this network, but with the constant outages, false and innacurate media statements i'm begining to hate you as much as i hate a certain fruity mobile phone maker.

Hi everyone,
We were expecting this to go live on Friday and are working with Samsung to figure out what went wrong and will update ASAP.
I'm very sorry about any inconvenience this has caused you.
Best,
Leonard
O2 engineers don't work over the weekend though so does this mean we'll be waiting until next week?
