My Galaxy S7 won't allow me to leave messages on a landline answerphone - it rings, trips to answerphone and I can hear the message, but it then cuts out before I can leave a message. The other O2 phone in our family (a Note 4) can leave a message on the same answerphone - so it is my phone and not the number I am dialling.
Any ideas, please?

Thanks for your reply. No, there is no call blocking on the line that I'm aware of.
The landline is actually our home number, on Virgin. I'll try the tips from the AndroidCentral link to see if it works and report back...

i hope this works for you, but understanding that you are using virgin for your landline not sure if the problem would of been the same as mine. Hopefully they will solve it for you.
If you still encounter this issue call customer service and asked to be transfered over to tech support. They may be able to help a bit more if it is S7 voicemal glitch or network settings.
