Hi All,

Just got a new samsung galaxy s5 (which i love!) only problem i've found is when i'm listening to music and exercising (ie out for a run yesterday or at the gym tonight) after about 40 minutes the volume just goes haywire and either turns down to nothing, or turns up full blast involuntarily! When i turn and readjust it to the correct volume it just does it again straight away and i have to pull the headphone out and put them back again

It only seems to do it when exercising as i was listening to music all day at work today without a problem! Is this a known thing and is there anyway it can be fixed, it's so annoying!

Thanks!

Helen

Hi

Occasionally turning the phone off , clean the SIM card and battery pull (phone model dependant) and turn the phone back on clears lots of glitches.

To add if the phone is under 14 days old keep in mind you can swap it out if purchased from O2 if any tips and tricks don't work.

You need to contact customer service and/or Tesco. This is a customer forum.
