Am l the only person in the world that is having problems trying to post a comment on facebook? My keyboard does not appear when l open up comment or make a comment. Why is Samsung Kies such a pain to use? Who do l contact to get it resolved?

That is normal, just be patient....

Every time l attempt to connect to Samsung Kies it takes ages to connect.....

Yes l do tap on the comment icon but it doesn't show the keyboard, therefore it will not allow me to type a comment. But on the few occasions it has l then have problems trying to send that comment.
