When receiving or making a call I can hear the person at the other end but they cant hear me.  I'm a bit of a technophobe but have had a look on the phone to see if a setting has been changed accidentally but nothing obvious.  Help!

The only setting that would effect this is if you had your handset on "mute". Otherwise it could be a faulty mic or fluff in the mic socket.
