Hi, i recently got given an old Samsung GT-S3650, but when i turn it on it asks for a Phone Lock Password and my friend cant remember what it is. :mansad:

Do i Take it to an 02 store, or is there a way to reset the password myself?

I was hoping the master reset code would override the phone lock code, but it doesn't appear to. I think it will have to go into a repair shop to be reset on a jig.

Can you get the dialer up at all or a number input screen?

If so input *2767*3855# which will reset the phone to factory settings.

You would have to pay so a local repair shop would be your cheapest option I would think.
