SAMSUNG GALAXY MINI

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have a Samsung Galaxy Mini which keeps switching itself off.  Can happen 2 or 3 times a day.  Anybody know why and how I can stop it?  Tried to update it but here's the message I get on the O2 website:

How to upgrade:
One Range Accreditation Software - Full Details SW: S5570XWKA9, CSC: S5570O2UKB1
At this time, O2 have not accredited any further software releases for this handset.

First thing to try is a backup then a factory reset. If that doesn't solve the issue then it needs to be returned under the warranty.

Are there any apps that you have installed recently around the time you had the problem?

The S3 mini is the GT-I8190.
Type *#1234# for the firmware on your phone - Should be XXALL if it's on the latest.
