Hello
Just got a new S6 tablet today. All is fine apart from I have in my head that some video play looks a little blurry/slightly out of focus.
This applies to YouTube, other social media videos. It just doesn't look crystal clear/sharp as I was expecting.
Any ideas what might cause this? Any settings? My wifi signal is fine.

Thanks

I should add that normal screen seems fine when viewing and using apps and web pages. It just seems to be videos.

@Darren_76

Is this on WiFi or mobile data?

O2 uses compression if you streaming on 3g or 4g which may make videos look fuzzy.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

If you aren't happy with it, you could send it back under the 14 day change of mind policy https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/our-change-of-mind-policy

I have no idea why the video play should appear blurry, if everything else is fine?

Check the resolution settings on YouTube - while the video is playing tab the screen and press on the three dots in the top right corner and choose quality.
Then you can choose the resolution you want.
Not sure if this is available on Facebook...
