I got my new S5 on Monday and when I take a photo it looks fine to start, then a grey box appears and covers most of the photo. Has anyone else had this problem?

Spoke to O2, they are sending me another phone and take this one away. Takes 3-5 days though!!

Looks a bit grim @MI5 ...no fix for it?...(just a change of phone?)

Yeah, looks like it's a software issue but will be covered by warranty.
As phone is under 14 days old it will be replaced with a new one too

Thats good then. Even better that the OP took a photo before the 14days were up...Mind you as its Samsung I expect they would have changed it anyway?

Easiest way to tell would be simply removing the card and trying the camera.
