S3 No Mobile network??

Just recently bought a Samsung SIII on contract with 02. Received it today and i've had no mobile coverage and says i can only make emergency calls only? Have i received a dodgy sim or does it just take a while to activate? Thanks

You probably need to call to activate the sim.

Hi Tracey, can take 24 - 48hrs to activate the new SIM. All depends on how busy O2 are, I got a Galaxy s3 on the 30th Dec. for my other half, and after waiting three days (bank holiday time) I contacted CS via Live Chat and the guy sorted it out within ten minutes.
