Returned a phone to O2 but no confirmation

I returned a phone to O2 but never got confirmation that they received it. Very quick to take the mobey from you but very slow to piy it back. It wd be nice to get an email or text to say they received the returned phone.

How did you send it back.

Did you get a receipt for sending it back from the post office.

I would ring o2 on 202 just to ensure any upgrade / new contract etc has been nulled and they have the handset back.
