Reset phone, cant send sms txt to contact

Hullo last week I did a full reset of my HTC One X and now I can't send any kind of txt to only one of my contacts. I live in an area with pretty crappy O2 signal but the recipient has good signal and the new fancy high speed 4G but every time I send any kind of txt it fails to deliver. I've 'tried' to send at least 2 txts every day in various locations, even standing next to recipient with no luck...but they can send me txts no bother. I phoned O2 and after some deleting ect nothing....everything else is working fine on my phone and the recipitens phone is okay too...Any ideas?

Your friend's reject list has to be the problem.

Most obvious thing to check is your messae centre number.

Tap SMS centre number and enter either, Pay Monthly +447802000332 or Pay & Go +447802092035

Does your friend by any chance have a Samsung as it's very easy to accidentally add your number to the reject list.

Okay I've checked that and its the number is the same, my friend has the HTC One X. She can send messages to everyone perfectly fine, even mine. I just can't send to her but I can to every other number I have...

Certainly sounds like she has got you on a block or reject list. Get her to check your contact details carefully. Maybe, if all else fails she can delete you, reboot the phone then re save your details.
