Still no update on my note7 replacement. Prior deres on the 19th and phone came on the 30th. Has anyone else ordered the same time and still not received their replacement yet?

I see you've already posted this on the main Note7 thread.
Unfortunately, although it doesn't answer your question, that is all we are are been told on that thread.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

i have been txt that my replacement has arrived and now two weeks later nothing more........surely if its arrived it should have been delivered within a couple of days.

 

and now samsung have crippled the software allowing only a 60% charge max i cannot even get a days use out of this phone.

 

come on O2 wheres my replacement.....
