Hi,

My phone took a knock and now won't switch on at all. Now in the midst of covid-19 obviously I cannot get to a repair shop but there is mention of postal repairs but no information on how to go about this. I am consious that the call centres hare on skeleton staff for serious cases of emergency so I do not want to block up their phone lines but equally I do need my phone for work.

Does anyone have any information that could help?

Many thanks

@EimearH

You could try the manufacturer of your phone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
