Hi I'm new to this phone, and am having the same problem.

Can you tell me which buttons to press, I thought I was pressing the correct ones, but got a different menu, nothing to do with the clear cache.

Where are the buttons situated on the phone please?

The volume UP key (left side of phone) the home key (rectangle at the bottom of screen) and power key (the one you turn it on with).

A brilliant app on the Google Play called 1tap (AZSoft Technology Inc) its clears the cache etc but i understand about the Galaxy Ave having no memory.  If you use Facebook, delete this app on download The Social Network.  Its still facebook SDcard and not your phone memory plus its a very small app (203Kb) as FB is about 15Mb.

Ilove the fone just hate it becuse the memory prolems.

Hope this helps a little |:smileyhappy:
