My Nokia Lumia 520 keeps freezing or I switch it on and it says resuming on the screen. Any idea of the problem? It's nearly 10 months old on PAYG.

Sounds like it's not shutting down properly so the Power + Vol Down trick should sort it out.

Hi,

Check your on the newest firmware available.

Also try a soft reset or a hard reset but make a back up as this typically deletes data.

Quote from Nokia Discussions.

"Did something happen before you encountered this issue? You can press the Volume down and the Power button until the phone reboots. This process will refresh the device software. You can also follow the troubleshooting steps shown on this link:"

If no help your under warranty so seek assistance from a Nokia Carepoint.
