Random error message

So I've just started getting this random error message pop up. It's more annoying than anything. Particularly when you consider I don't have anything plugged in!

Try a pair of headphones in the socket and give it a wiggle in case something is stuck.

nope, nothing in it as far as i can see. 

 

very annoying, and there is no pattern to when it comes up - last night on the drive home it was popping up for about 15 minutes, then stopped. nothing then until just now - happened twice in quick succession.

 

just something else to put up with until I upgrade in the new year...
