I upgraded to S23 with the promotion of free ear buds. Still waiting for the redeem code. Called O2 numerous times and was told to call Samsung who then told me its O2's promotion. Did anyone get their code?

It is an O2 promotion but there have been some issues with sending out codes.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
