Sent my Samsung Galaxy s3 for repair after black screen of death. Promised a 4 day repair and now it is day 3 and o2 cannot even tell me where my phone is and when it will be repaired.
Customer for many years and now have no phone, no idea when I will get it back but I am sure the bill payment will come out as normal.
Very poor service

Have you called O2 to ask them where your phone is? Don't use Live Chat on here, they aren't good for queries like this and more often than not give out false information.

I'm surprised anyone could have told you that, you're looking at 3 - 4 days for getting it to and from the repairers.
