Hi, I have messing pay bill a few days,today morring I pay bill but I can't calls and used data.

Sounds like O2 have cut you off for non-payment, @1983 - the service should come back when your payment has been processed.

Best to call O2 to be sure - numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support - call around 08:15 in the morning. You can use Skype on a pc to call the 0800 number if nobody else around has a phone you can borrow to make the call.
