Hy, the O2 have locked (bared) my Samsung device, I have asked them what can I do now, here is the answer:

Unlatching a Samsung device :
Insert another network active SIM in the handset.
This should ask for a code.
Input the 8 digit unlock code when requested.
The device will now be unlocked.

Please tell me somebody  what means "insert another network active SIM in the handset"

Can I insert my husband active SIM to my phone, it will activate my phone, then after I insert  my old SIM to my phone again.? Sorry, I am 70 years old, and now I am in abroad. Thanks for help advance, By.

Hi @Ica

The unlocking process is here and varies by phone type, so read carefully please https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Unlocking-an-O2-phone-to-use-a-different-SIM-card/ba-p/1...

"Insert a non O2 sim" means a sim from another network, ie EE, Vodafone, ThreeUK etc.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I think as long as it's not a telefonicia or o2 related sim you should be fine. So depending on what country you are in, any compatible should do as already advised.
