It's say no phone number on sim don't know why.

That's normal for O2 on replacement sim cards.

They don't push numbers to sims.

You can write the number yourself if you put the sim in an iPhone and go to Settings >Phone >My Number

I have a Google pixel 4 XL the number just says unknown (on about phone selection)

As I say, that's normal for O2.

You can save your number in the message settings for RCS but other than having to do that, it makes no difference.
