LG G4 went blank, tried reboot, removed battery and SIM. LG welcome screen appears then goes blank again. Nothing else happens.

How do I fix it?

A common G4 and G5 problem unfortunately.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Yep, one that I had the misfortune of getting!
As mentioned by others @Anonymous, get in contact with LG - they will arrange for a courier to collect your phone, repair it in house and then send back to you.
2 points to note: you only need to send the phone (no back cover, no battery, no sim card, no memory card), and make sure you use an address you will be at or have documents for!
