Any news on when the Oreo update for HTC U11 phones will be made available to O2 customers?

You really need to send it off to the manufacturer whether it's a workphone or not. It needs looking at and O2 won't simply replace it. You can use the sim in any unlocked phone so beg steal or borrow from friends.
