Hello I ordered the Z flip samsung and haven't received anything about when it will be ready to collect in store. It was ordered on the 23/09/21 and was the black in colour. It should of been ready to collect in farnborough, the mead. My reference number is [Personal details removed and my name [Personal details removed]
. Might be ordered under my partners name [Personal details removed] as he processed the order for me. Please can you find out what's happened. I paid an upfront cost of £50
