Hello I ordered the Z flip samsung and haven't received anything about when it will be ready to collect in store. It was ordered on the 23/09/21 and was the black in colour. It should of been ready to collect in farnborough, the mead. My reference number is [Personal details removed and my name [Personal details removed]

. Might be ordered under my partners name [Personal details removed] as he processed the order for me. Please can you find out what's happened. I paid an upfront cost of £50

This isn't customer services so you need to call customer services on either 202 from an o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone, and they can try and give you an update.
