OnePlus 3 Broken Screen!

Anonymous

I was wondering if O2's repair service can fix broken screens for OnePlus 3's?

I droppped my phone, the screen cracked in the top corner and three quarters of the screen has gone black. The phone still works as my phone still receives calls and I can hear notifications, I just cant use the touch screen.

Call customer services on 202 and they will help you complete an insurance claim form.

Hi @Anonymous

To be honest I would contact OnePlus directly before you consider O2 repairers

https://oneplus.net/uk/support

Phone number here  +44 1252 236307

However they do have a live chat service if you follow the link. Open 8am-2pm

Forget about going to o2 repairs go straight to OnePlus like @Cleoriff suggests

Thanks. Do you know what the likely costs will be going through OnePlus?

I only considered O2 as I have their O2 Insure Premier Monthly.

I have no idea of the cost with OnePlus at all.

I was unaware you were with O2 Insure though. I see their Premier policy covers accidental damage with a £60 excess...so you may want to give them a call as well...

I rang the insurance team and I have a successful claim. They offered me a replacement handset. There were no OnePlus 3's in their warehouse, so they offered me alternatives. The Huawei P9, LG G5 and the Sony Xperia Z5.

I'd hang on for a OP3 if it was me - you don't have to accept an alternative, unless you want to, of course.....

I haven't decided yet. I was hoping to just get another OnePlus but they don't have any in stock. I was told that I could wait for a OnePlus to come in but they don't know when one will come in.

So I could use some advice on which alternative to pick.
