It may well be an app draining the battery. Check the battery usage in the phone's settings to see if you can spot a rogue app.

How long are you defining as "not very long" @James_T ?
Personally, I'm finding mine very good and always was straight out of the box. It will go 2 days easily.....

Is the phone getting hot at all? That's some drain you have there. Have you downloaded anything that coincides with the battery drain?

Yes lately the back of phone has been hot!
Battery stats not really saying anything about anything draining battery quickly!
