One of my contacts cannot access my sms texts

My sister is a Vodafone customer and cannot see text messages that I send to her from my LG G3 D855 smart phone. She can only see the message header, but cannot see the see the message itself. She is able to send and receive message from all her other contacts.

For my part, I can only receive the occasional message from her. I don't have any similar issues with all my other contacts.

Has anyone else encountered a similar issue.

Sounds like it might be a network issue with Vodafone but also check how many messages are in the message thread.
Most phones have a limit and will stop receiving if the max number of messages is reached.
Delete some old ones if that's the case.
