Hi @Anonymous Have you been abroad? O2 travel is a bolt on which allows you to make calls text and use data for a set fee when abroad. all explained here...

If you want to remove O2 travel then follow this route

If you want to opt-out, you can do so at any time by texting “NOTRAVEL” to 23336. It can take up to 24 hours for O2 Travel to be removed from your account. If you do opt-out of O2 Travel, you'll automatically be charged standard European roaming rates for all calls, texts and data usage when travelling

The bolt on is free and you will not be charged unless you go abroad.
Depending on your intended usage when abroad you may be better off without o2 travel.
If you let us know how much you use your phone when abroad for calls, texts and data we can advise on the best option for yourself.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
