O2 Billing Content - Things I've Bought

Anonymous

My bill shows an amount for 'Things I've Bought' but doesn't describe what it is I've bought.  Why not?

Simple answer is because the merchant doesnt send that information, in exactly the same way as when you use your debit / credit card in a store or online..

The Payment processor will send either the store or the short dial.

Its upto to go back and see what you have bought, via the merchant and see in their store or account page.

Have you drilled down in the bill to see as much detail as possible?
If not clear to you customer service can advise http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Mine goes down one more level than that.
Clicking on "things I've bought" should show the vendor and the individual amounts.

I've tried that, on my bill hovering over the "things I've bought" but it doesn't show any hyperlinks, whereas other items in the bill do?
I believe it was for mobile data roaming whilst overseas BUT I want to see that confirmed
