O2 Apps and customisation update for Huawei Mate 20 Pro

Hi, have had the above update pushed to my phone but whenever I try and install it, all I get is a system error everytime.  Have tried intalling on full charge, checked Google Play for all updates and I have loads of storage. Also booted into safe mode and it still wouldn't intall.  Anyone any ideas on how to resolve this as I'm loathe to do a factory reset.  Cheers

Yes. I have Pie sitting waiting to download onto my phone. It can wait. A couple of friends and family aren't at all happy with the changes.....So, I'm not doing it (yet) anyway....

Nothing wrong with it on my OnePlus and I doubt it will be a problem on your Note either...
