Hi, have had the above update pushed to my phone but whenever I try and install it, all I get is a system error everytime.  Have tried intalling on full charge, checked Google Play for all updates and I have loads of storage. Also booted into safe mode and it still wouldn't intall.  Anyone any ideas on how to resolve this as I'm loathe to do a factory reset.  Cheers

It's looking like a factory reset is your only option here.

Ended up getting in touch with Huawei who gave me a few steps to try i.e. Clearing the cache, reset app preferences, clear storage on the software update app. Tried this a few times and still get a system error. They've since advised to get in touch with O2 as this is an update customised by O2

Just a query.

If you have an update which is causing problems, is there any chance of rolling back to pre-update?

Yes, but it involves a process we can't talk about and isn't something that the average user would be comfortable with doing.

This issue here will be a corrupted file though and the chances of finding it without doing a factory reset are slim to non existent.
