Yeah i would assume it had a BTU as i have 4 friends all with note 9 on 02 and none have recieved pie yet. Do we know how long it took for 02 to test the S9 version of the firmware? if theyve had it since the 24th then we can atleast get an idea of how long we wait. Sad that the s9 02 variants have had the update already when the note 9 is supposed to be the flagship etc

Any updates on the ETA?
In the future could O2 release the update to its customers as soon as they get it?
Then they could only let it automatically update when they deem it "stable".
On the matter of whether O2 would be blamed if an update is unstable, I highly doubt anyone would make that assumption in this day and age. What are your thoughts?

I made a note of this when it was posted sometime ago by @MI5
BTU firmware is on phones that come directly from Samsung (unbranded)
XEU firmware is on Sim Free handsets that are generic (unbranded) but not Samsung
No doubt if I have this wrong, I will be told in the morning...
