Any idea when O2 will have new Samsung Note 3 ? When is the actual release?

Give them a chance - it's not even been released yet! Keep your eye on the 'coming soon' section, though I understand it's not that up-to-date, maybe you'd be better looking at CPW/fones4u etc, they usually get the latest handsets first.

I doubt anyone knoes the answer to either Q right now.

The phone has not yet been officially announced by Samsung. Theres a Samsung event on the 20th where it could possibly be unveiled.
