I pre-ordered a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra on the 11th of February and haven't heard anything from them since, apart from a confirmation email stating they received my order and would let me know when I could come to collect it. Nearly two weeks ago I contacted O2 on Twitter and they said that it looks like my order has been referred for further credit checks and that they contacted their referrals team to take a look at it for me and that they were going to contact me asap. It's been almost two weeks and I still haven't heard anything, does anyone know what I could do?

It will be stock issues most likely.
