I have Samsung 6. Since 30thNov and the demise of TuGo I enabled my phone to have Wi-Fi calling however I now cannot access any data unless by wifi. I have checked all the settings. I have switched phone on and off. I had my son look at it and there is no joy

Is this in UK or roaming outside of UK?

@AnonymousIf abroad, maybe you should turn WiFi calling off. It doesn't work outside of the UK so may be causing problems....just a thought?

That aspect alone doesn’t affect data on my EE phone but doesn’t mean o2 is the same I guess.
The answers though are very different depending on the op being in uk or abroad so without that answering it’s all guesswork.

If you are in the uk it won’t be an issue with WiFi calling.
Have you checked your MyO2 to see if you have any data left this month?
