No 4G service on Galaxy S7 since Sunday

Anonymous

Since my phone performed some app updates on Sunday morning, I have had no 4G connectivity. All I get is E (Edge?)

I've tried rebooting several times, wiped the cache partition, turned mobile data on and off but nothing.

Very frustrating!

Actually finding CPW pretty useless.

Went in last Saturday, was told by some space cadet they don't do repairs unless you have insurance.

Got home, checked their website and it clearly says they do warranty repairs.

Went back on Sunday and had to convince another numpty how to do his job.

Phone went in for repair.

Followed it on the online repair tracker.

By Thursday it said it was ready for collection.

Went in this morning, obviously the phone wasn't there. "Probably Monday..."

Just brilliant.

Unusual for them.
I’ve used them a few times and been very good.

I would always deal with the manufacturers but it seems your CPW store staff are of a little 'can't be assed' type of attitude.
