Since my phone performed some app updates on Sunday morning, I have had no 4G connectivity. All I get is E (Edge?)
I've tried rebooting several times, wiped the cache partition, turned mobile data on and off but nothing.
Very frustrating!

1 - do a sim swap. Your local store will do this for free.
2 - Send or take phone to Samsung to be checked / repaired.

Maybe congestion on the network. Switching to 3G might be better

Check for issues at your postcode
Text ACTIVE to 2020, save the settings and reboot the phone.

Thanks. Checked these. All fine. Texted ACTIVE to 2020 for latest.
Still no good. Signal dropping out completely now, one and off.

Don't be tempted to send the phone to O2's repairers for ease. Always deal with the manufacturers if the sim swap doesn't work.

Thanks.
What is wrong with O2 repairers?
I would be inclined to take to to Carphone Warehouse where I bought it.

I've taken phones to them in the past without any issues.
Regarding O2's repairers...... Have a search on the forum
