You have to pay off the device plan first.

Hello guys, new to this so bare with.

I went for the 36month contract at the time as it was the cheapest and that is the only reason, at that time it was needed lol. My question is.. its is time for a new phone but still have like £400 to pay as it stands, I dont have that kind of money about lol, I work to pay bills with not much left after.. like almost nothing haha, so.. is there a way of O2 bringing that over to the new contract? Obviously making it a little dearer but things are a little better! I have been O2 loyal for a long time but these offers flying around are soooo tempting 😔
