Hi,

Just received my newPixel 5 with a new 5G sim. Went through the 'swap my sim' stuff in my o2 but in looking at the new device, the sim appearss to be too big for the tray on the phone.

Previous device was the Pixel 4XL. Unsure what to do as I'm assuming the old one Sim is now dea but the new one wont fit the new phone.

Have tried calling o2 but can't get through,

Thanks in advance

Push the tiny bit out the middle of your sim.

It won't be too big as there isn't any other sizes it could be.

Check you're not trying to put it in the sd card slot and make sure it's the right way round.

Align the cut corner of the sim to the sim tray @WilliamF85
