Hi, I have put a vodafone PAYG Sim into a moto e3 from a family member, previously used on o2. First I needed a PUK, which I got from vodafone, and works. But before that I tried a number of times to unlock the sim, until I got the PUK.
However, the phone now says 'sim slot permanently locked'. Vodafone advised contact O2 for NUC
I have the NUC from o2- but how do I enter it?
Each time I boot the phone it asks for the sim code, which I enter, but there is no prompt for a network unlock code.

@Johnboy2 I will tag our admin to see if they can assist but they probably won't see this now until tomorrow. @Martin-O2, @LukasB any help?

An update- I have tried a new vodafone sim but still get the same message.
Is it worth trying a new O2 sim in case that works, or is it basically terminal?
