Network administrator restricted mode

I can't watch videos on YouTube, when i try to turn restriction mode off from YouTube, it says it's enabled by my network administrator and i can't switch it off, when i open my O2 app, there it also says that age restriction mode is off, however.. when i connect to my parent's internet.. hotspot from three, i can watch anything, what should i do?

We've had a number of similar reports this week.

Can you check account side or network side for what's changed please?

Hi there I am having the same issue as well, I too have do not have the age restriction settings turn on. But I am still having problems connecting to YouTube comments and certain videos.
