My phone isn't showing when someone is calling me!!!

Hello Everyone.  I have a problem. with my phone.  I'm not sure how long this has been going on for, but I have just noticed that my phone isn't showing when someone is calling me.  I only know that someone has called me because the voicemail symbol appears on my screen and the notification led flashes.  My current phone is a Samsung Galaxy Note9.  Your help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

You can turn voicemail off to see if that fixes the problem

Or

Extends the ring time

Dial  **61*901*11*30# then press the call button.
