Changed my phone in January and since then I've been unable to log into the my O2 app. I've tried deleting the cache, completely uninstalling and reinstalling the app and the message I keep getting is "oops sorry we're unable to process your request right now... we're working as fast as we can to get the service back online so please come back and visit us"

Loads and loads of issues with the My O2 app unfortunately.
You will need to call O2 to reset your account.
