Hi, I have an outstanding bill to pay, my phone has been completely turned off, I have £100 in my bank which i could pay off it, can that get my phone turned on until i recieve more money to pay the remainding £12?

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217. Use Skype to call: Guide: A Guide to Skype or borrow a phone from a friend.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am
