My S7 edge can't connected to Virgin Media (WiFi) London Underground

I tried setting up, my new Samsung Galaxy S7 edge to Virgin (WiFi) on the London Underground for the first time this morning, i followed the steps http://www.o2.co.uk/help/network-coverage-and-international/wifi-on-the-underground it just would register my phone

 

Is anyone else having the problem?

You will have to delete your old Mac address if you have connected previously.
