My PAY&GO Sim seems to be disconnected

My Sim card seems to be disconnected. I believe that I have about £15 Credit on the account though I have not used it for a couple of months while abroad.

 

Where can I get help from O2 to get this resolved?

If it hasn't been too long O2 will usually reconnect you as long as your number hasn't been recycled.
Your credit should also be reinstated but can take a further 24 hours from reactivation.

You need to contact o2 as soon as you can http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

 

but this is in the t&C

 

7. Our Rights to Bar or Disconnect Your Mobile Phone

  • 7.1. If you do not carry out any chargeable activity at least once in any 6 month period your Mobile Phone will be disconnected and you will lose any remaining credits balance on your Account. If you wish to be re-connected after this time you will be given a new Mobile Phone number.

Thanks MI5. I contacted O2 Customer Service on the Chat service and got the account recovered. I had to quote both the Telephone Number and the SIM Card number.

 

All good now slight_smile
