Moisture detection won't charge but not been on contact with water the charging port is clean and dry

@Roxy-867  Not sure how old your phone is or if you have insurance.

Your best bet is to contact the manufacturer and see if there is anything they can do. If not you can think about sending it back to O2 for repair.
